Booking Policy
Effective Date: September 1, 2025
At Mountain Rides, we want to make your group transportation experience smooth and stress-free. To ensure we can best serve you, please review our booking guidelines below.
1. Advance Reservations
Reservations are recommended at least 2 weeks in advance for weddings, corporate events, and large groups.
For peak seasons (spring, fall, and holidays), we suggest booking 30–60 days in advance to guarantee availability.
Last-minute requests are subject to vehicle and driver availability.
2. Deposit Requirements
A deposit of 50% may be required to secure your booking.
Deposits are applied toward your total balance.
Deposits are non-refundable if the reservation is canceled within 7 days of the scheduled service.
3. Minimum Hours & Service Time
A minimum service time of 4 hours may apply for certain bookings such as weddings, brewery tours, and special events.
Additional time beyond the scheduled booking will be billed in 30-minute increments.
4. Group Size & Vehicles
Our vehicles can accommodate groups of 5–15 passengers.
Please provide accurate group size at the time of booking so we can assign the right vehicle.
For safety reasons, we cannot exceed vehicle capacity.
5. Payment
Full payment is due prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
Payments may be made by credit card, debit card, or approved electronic transfer.
6. Communication
Customers will receive a booking confirmation via email (or text, if preferred) once the reservation is secured.
Pickup details, driver information, and any last-minute updates will be provided prior to service.
7. Special Requests
If your group has special requirements (child seats, accessibility needs, custom routes, multiple stops), please notify us at the time of booking so we can accommodate your request.
