1. What areas do you serve?

We provide transportation throughout Asheville and the surrounding Western North Carolina region, including the Blue Ridge Parkway, nearby towns, breweries, and wedding venues.

2. How many passengers can your vehicles accommodate?

Our fleet accommodates groups of 4–15 passengers comfortably. For larger groups, multiple vehicles can be arranged.

3. Do you provide airport transportation?

Yes! We offer group airport transfers to and from Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) as well as Charlotte (CLT) and Greenville-Spartanburg (GSP) upon request.

4. Can we bring food or drinks on board?

Yes, small snacks and non-alcoholic drinks are permitted. Alcohol may be allowed for passengers 21+, as long as it complies with North Carolina law. Glass containers are not recommended for safety reasons.

5. Do you offer wedding transportation?

Absolutely! We specialize in wedding party and guest shuttles. Our team works with your schedule to make sure everyone arrives safely and on time.

6. What if we want multiple stops during our trip?

No problem! Just let us know your itinerary in advance, and we’ll customize the service. Additional stops or changes may affect pricing.

7. Do you require a deposit to book?

Yes. A deposit 50% is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due prior to or at the time of service.

8. What is your cancellation policy?

7+ days before service: Full refund

3–6 days before service: 50% refund

Less than 72 hours before: Non-refundable

No-shows: Full charge applies

9. Are your drivers professional and licensed?

Yes. All Mountain Rides chauffeurs are fully licensed, insured, and experienced in providing safe and professional group transportation.

10. How do I book?
